TwizGame is a free party-game website run by Twiz. By opening a room or joining one you agree to the rules below.

Be decent

• Pick a player name that would not get you thrown out of a family restaurant. Hosts can kick anyone, and we can close any room.
• Do not try to break the game for others: no cheating tools, no flooding the server, no poking at the service to find holes. If you find a bug, tell us instead.
• You are responsible for anything you type into a room and for what you show on your own stream.

Age

You must be 13 or older to use TwizGame. If you are under 18, play with a parent or guardian's permission.

Hosts and streamers

• You choose who gets into your room by choosing who gets the room name and password. We cannot help if you share it publicly and strangers join.
• You may show the host screen on your stream or video. You may not sell access to TwizGame or claim it is your own product.

What you get

TwizGame is provided as is, for fun, with no promise that it will always work, stay the same, or stay free. Rooms can close, games can change, and the service can go down for maintenance or for good. We are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, as far as the law allows.

Our stuff

The games, art, names and code of TwizGame belong to Twiz unless stated otherwise. Showing them on a stream, in a video or in a screenshot while you play is fine and welcome.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Using TwizGame after a change means you accept the new version.
