Privacy
Last updated 11 October 2026. Plain words on purpose.
TwizGame is a free party-game website run by Twiz. We keep as little about you as we can. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no passwords for you to remember beyond the room password a host makes up for one game night.
What we keep while you play
- Room names, room passwords and player names live in the memory of our server only while the room is open. When the room closes they are gone. They are never written to disk.
- Game messages (your moves, taps and votes) pass through our server to the host screen and back. They are forwarded, not stored.
What your own device keeps
- Your phone remembers the name and colour you picked and the last room name you typed, so you do not have to type them again. This stays in your browser's storage on your device. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
- While a room is open, your phone keeps a seat ticket for that room in the current tab so a reload puts you back in your seat. It disappears when the tab closes.
- Any sound, quality and audio settings you change are saved in your browser on your device.
Cookies
TwizGame itself sets no cookies on the pages you play on. The admin area used by the site owner uses one login cookie, and only the owner ever sees that page.
There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to choose yet. If we ever add advertising or analytics that use cookies, this page will say so and visitors from places where consent is required will be asked first.
Visitor counts
Our server counts page views and how many different visitors came each day. To tell visitors apart for one day it keeps the connecting address in memory until midnight, then forgets it. Nothing about this is written to disk or shared.
Services we use
- Cloudflare sits in front of our server to protect it and deliver the pages. Like any network service it sees your connecting address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Hetzner hosts our server in the United States.
We use no advertising network and no analytics service today. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Streams
Hosts often show the host screen on Twitch or YouTube. The host screen shows player names and the game, nothing else. If you do not want your chosen name to appear on someone's stream, pick a different name or do not join that room.
Children
TwizGame is meant for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from younger children. Since we keep no accounts, the only thing a child could give us is a player name that vanishes when the room closes.
Your choices
Leave a room and your name is gone from our server. Clear your browser's site data and the name, colour and settings on your device are gone too. There is nothing else to delete.
